Assam Public Service Commission invites application from Indian Citizens for the posts of Research Assistant in Planning Services under Transformation & Development Department under Assam Government.
 
 
Name of the post: Research Assistant in Planning Services under Transformation & Development Department.
 
 
NO. OF POST : 39 (Thirty nine)
 
 
Scale of Pay : Rs. 22,000/-87,000/-PB-3 with Grade Pay of Rs 9400/-plus other allowances as admissible under Rules of the Govt. of Assam.
 
 
Educational Qualification :
  • Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from any recognized University with Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Agricultural Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Anthropology, Social Work, Business Administration, Business Management, Geography and Commerce as one of the subjects.
  • Preference shall be given to the Honours Graduates.
  • (Attach self attested valid supporting documents. Candidates must submit their all semester/year wise marksheets)


AGE LIMIT

The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2019. The upper age limit is relaxable –
(i) By 5 years for SC/ST candidates i.e upto 43 years.
(ii) By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
(iii) For Persons with Disabilities (PWD) by 10 years
(iv) The upper age limit in respect of candidates who have been serving in a lower post or cadre for a minimum period of 5 years on the date of application.


How to apply:

  • Application form may be obtained by downloading from the APSC’s website www.apsc.nic.in Application form DR (New form).
  • The name of the post applied for should be clearly written in “bold letters” in the Envelope containing the application form and it should be addressed to the Deputy Secretary, APSC, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022.


Last date

  • The last date of receiving duly filled up application form in the Commission’s office is fixed on 27/01/2020 during office hours.


Application Fee

1. For General Candidate : Rs.250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty) only.
2. For SC/ST/OBC/MOBC : Rs.150/- (Rupees one hundred and fifty) only.
3. Candidates having BPL Certificate : Nil (Candidate having BPL certificate should produce their photocopy of certificate along with the Application Form).

  • Fees should be deposited only through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT OF APSC” showing name of post and department. Original copy of Treasury Challan should be submitted along with the application form.


DIRECT RECRUITMENT

  • The selection procedure will be notified later on by issuing a corrigendum/addendum.
  • The commission will decide the provision for selection in respect of any post/posts or service/ services considering the status, cadre and grade or the number of applications received for the advertised post/posts or service/ services.
  • The list of candidates whose applications are found valid or rejected after scrutiny will be made available in the Assam Public Service Commission’s website (www.apsc.nic.in) showing grounds of rejection in due course.

APSC Recruitment 2018 – Junior Information & Public Relation Officer -5 Posts

Assam Public Service Commission invites application from Indian Citizens for various posts under Assam Government in the scale of pay as indicated below and carrying usual allowances as admissible under Rules of the Govt. of Assam.

Name of post: Junior Information & Public Relation Officer
 under Information and Public Relation Department, Assam.
No of posts: 5 [UR: 3, OBC: 2]

Pay: Rs. 30,000/- to 1,10,000/- (Grade Pay of Rs. 12,700/-)
Educational Qualification:
(i) A degree of any recognized University in Arts, Science or Commerce.
(ii) A degree/diploma in Journalism or in Mass Communication from an Institute recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) or at least three years experience in Journalism in a responsible capacity public relations organizations/Government Public Relations Department.
(iii) A good command over English.
(iv) Knowledge of Assamese or any other regional language or local language of the state.
(v) Knowledge of Computer Application.

 As per Govt. Notification No. FEG.32/2016/8-A dated Dispur the 28th October,2016 the Application Fees for all post under the State Govt. of Assam shown as below:
