Cancellation & Refund Policy
There is no cancellation of orders placed E-Books, PDFs, Test Series of this website if any purchased under Instant Electronic Delivery / Instant Downloads. No refund is made for such purchases.
Payment once made is non-refundable and non-transferable. A refund can be considered in case of duplicate payment of same any product/materials/test series/e-book/pdf.
If you are, for any reason, not received your access to the materials/ services / late delivery, then you can communicate with us for refund. We serve quality of services that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers across Assam and other states.
To request a refund, simply contact us with your service details with order reference number and tell us proof and proper reason why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full/partial.

Service Complaint Polity

Complaint will NOT be accepted even made after 30 days of the payment date.
